1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77f8 website located at https://77f8.io and all associated services, products, games, and features offered by the 77f8 platform (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 77f8 ("we", "us", "our", or "77f8").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 77f8.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 77f8 services, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times.

One account per person. Each individual may maintain only one account on the 77f8 Platform. Duplicate accounts created by the same person — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used — are a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 77f8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any bonus funds. Real-money balances may be returned to the original funding source at 77f8's sole discretion following a review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you, and you will be held liable for all bets, transactions, and actions performed under your account unless you have previously notified 77f8 in writing of unauthorised access.

KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, 77f8 is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

77f8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer. Additional payment options may be added or removed at 77f8's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 77f8 does not accept deposits from third parties under any circumstances. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77f8 account within minutes of confirmation. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's payment documentation. 77f8 does not charge processing fees for withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Currency. All transactions on the 77f8 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). 77f8 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees charged by your bank or payment provider when transacting in other currencies.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while a balance is held in your 77f8 account is a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, 77f8 reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, offset the disputed amount against any available balance, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77f8 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to: eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

Wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live casino, progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement — check individual promotion terms for contribution rates.

Bonus abuse. 77f8 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.

Expiry. Bonus funds and free spin rewards expire if not used within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

77f8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In cases where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any portion of the wagering requirement already completed will be assessed fairly by our team.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77f8 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game category. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and may vary by game, event type, or account status. 77f8 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on an account-by-account basis without prior notice.

Void bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event; a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed; evidence that the outcome of an event was subject to manipulation; or the discovery that the player placing the bet did not meet eligibility requirements at the time of placement. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account.

Manifest errors. If odds, payout multipliers, or game outcomes are displayed or recorded incorrectly due to a technical error, human error, or data feed fault, 77f8 reserves the right to correct or void the affected bets. This applies even where the bet has already been settled in the player's favour. 77f8 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.

Responsibility for bets placed. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it is binding. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming. 77f8 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77f8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise deceiving 77f8 or any other player.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing hand information in poker-style games or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes other than legitimate gaming activity. 77f8 is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's systems, servers, databases, or security measures.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive communications toward 77f8 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software to gain an unfair benefit. Players who discover an error are obligated to report it to 77f8 immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77f8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, design elements, and the 77f8 brand name and mark — is the intellectual property of 77f8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 77f8's prior written consent.

Game content and associated intellectual property (including game titles, artwork, and mechanics) remain the sole property of the respective game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. Third-party content. Game outcomes are determined by the certified random number generators (RNGs) of the respective game providers and are outside 77f8's direct control. 77f8 accepts no liability for errors arising within game software supplied by third-party providers, beyond the obligation to facilitate timely resolution with the relevant provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77f8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

77f8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• Where 77f8 is required to do so by a regulatory directive or court order;
• Where continued operation of the account presents a risk to 77f8 or other players.

In the event of an account closure that is not the result of a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Nothing in this clause prevents 77f8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or property.
